Privacy

This site collects as little as it can. There is no advertising, no cookie banner and no third-party tracking script, because there are no cookies to consent to.

What we collect

• Anything you type into a form. The sample request form and the mailing-list field send what you enter to our forms provider, and from there to us by email. We use it to reply to you and to ship samples.
• Aggregate page analytics. We use a cookieless analytics service that records page views and referrers in aggregate. It does not set cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not follow you to other sites.
• Standard server logs. Our host records requests, including IP addresses, for security and diagnostics, and discards them on its own schedule.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your details, we don't share them with advertisers, and we don't add you to a mailing list because you asked us a question.

How long we keep it

Trade enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial relationship is live. Mailing-list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, which every email links to.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, athello@drinkneat.com. We'll act on it.
